  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours and issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.


4. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

  • We will guide you through the exchange process promptly.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5-7 business days with a photo of the item.

  • We will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to defective/damaged products, VEROXA will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
